Training Supervisor

Role Overview: Supervises daily warehouse operations within areas such as shipping, receiving, selection, and storage. Responsible for assigning tasks, ensuring productivity, accuracy, customer service, safety, and efficient workflows. Trains staff, manages department goals, and maintains KPI reports. Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and governmental regulations, while overseeing equipment maintenance and work environment cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse activities, assign work, and coordinate scheduling.Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly.Monitor KPIs, ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of the workspace.Train and develop staff, lead pre-shift meetings, and communicate updates.Manage staffing, performance, and departmental goals, including possible labor agreement duties.Report work-related injuries and participate in investigations as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED.Preferred: three years of warehouse distribution experience and one year of supervisory experience.Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to multitask, lead teams, and work flexible hours.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems. Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently sit, walk, stand, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and operate in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels.
