Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs and learning pathways.
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend enhancements based on feedback, performance metrics, and organizational needs.
- Research training best practices and emerging learning technologies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Review and update training materials regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current regulations and procedures.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop technical and process-specific training content.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff and supervisors to support knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
- Generate reports and training metrics for leadership to support workforce development and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders and subject matter experts to identify training priorities and organizational development opportunities.
- Serve as a resource on training and development best practices across the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and performance-based measures.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement to enhance employee development and operational effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement improvements to training programs, resources, and delivery methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
- Experience in higher education, preferably within financial aid or student services, with working knowledge of federal Title IV regulations.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Proficiency in creating engaging training materials using tools such as PowerPoint, video platforms, and knowledge bases (e.g., OneNote, Teams).
- Experience analyzing training data and metrics to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex policies into clear, learner-friendly content.
