Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training materials and documentation for onboarding (OB) and on-the-job (OJT) programs.
- Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to achieve cGMP compliance across the facility.
- Understand manufacturing processes including source material processing, equipment/component preparation and sterilization, aseptic filling, lyophilization, inspection, and packing.
- Create and maintain On-the-Job Training (OJT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and Computer-Based Training (CBT) programs using current instructional design techniques.
- Monitor training effectiveness and perform routine audits of training records to ensure compliance.
- Deliver training courses to all levels of employees.
- Create training materials and perform competency assessments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and serve as a liaison/resource.
- Develop solutions to resolve training productivity and performance issues.
- Stay current with new and emerging training methodologies, theories, and techniques through continued education.
- Onboard new hires and perform training coordinator functions such as adding roles to curriculums and approving new hire curriculums.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Completion of a Train the Trainer course.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, and ComplianceWire.
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Leadership experience.
- Prior training experience.
Working Environment
- Respirator clearance required.
- Exposure to latex and moderate noise levels.
- Possible contact with cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Work in cleanroom environments.

Pay
$28.24 – $35.29 per hour, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, on-site in Spokane, WA.
