About the role

CISDE is a unit within the Service Center of Excellence (SCE), which supports the departments and staff within Finance and Operations (F&O). This position reports to the Director for Continuous Improvement, Staff Development, and Engagement (CISDE).

Schedule

Hybrid: This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy.

Responsibilities

• Developing a foundation for continuous improvement within our division and customer-base by identifying, organizing, and facilitating quality and process improvement projects.
• Implementing Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) or Plan Do Act Study (PDSA).
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Conducting Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Performing needs assessments.
• Process mapping/documentation.
• Other change and process management activities.
• Providing guidance and support for the ongoing implementation and maintenance of lean six sigma projects to support identified key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall quality of services.
