Summary Of Objective

The Training Specialist will improve employee competencies through training programs aligned with company core values, enhancing workplace performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical, job-specific, or soft skill training
  • Translate organizational requirements into trainings enhancing knowledge, proficiency, or personnel development
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their results
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on organizational and individual needs
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure integration of taught skills and techniques into work behavior
  • Aid in talent management, succession planning, and personnel development
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and incorporate into training programs
  • Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs and utilize evaluation data to revise or recommend changes
  • Create and/or deliver e-learning packages, programs, or techniques as appropriate

Education And/Or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ work experience in a regulated environment

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will not have any direct reports.

Hiring Information

  • Hiring rate: $68,480 - $77,040 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus
  • Final offer amounts determined by multiple factors including experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance coverage (including dental and vision), a flexible spending account, and a 401(k) plan
