Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage comprehensive training and professional development programs for staff, faculty, supervisors, and administrators.
- Evaluate, promote, and continuously improve training programs using metrics, feedback, and best practices.
- Oversee training program communications, internal marketing, and maintain the Professional Development Center’s website content.
- Collaborate with university departments and external partners to expand and enrich professional development offerings.
- Aid in university-wide HR event planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in training, organizational development, or workforce planning.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience with in-person and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, webinars) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
