Training Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for training new employees and enhancing the skills of existing staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
• Collaborate with managers to ensure training needs are met
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience with training software and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
