The Training Senior performs call monitoring, evaluation, feedback, and documentation. Performs quality checks and audits of inbound and outbound calls and other electronic contacts to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate calls and electronic contacts.
- Provide feedback and documentation based on evaluations.
- Perform quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Travel may be required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 18 months of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or related experience.
Pay
Targeted salary up to $20.00 - $20.50 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
