Training Producer/Associate Level (Fluent Japanese Required)

About the role

SweetRush has an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Training Producer/Associate Level. The position requires fluency in Japanese and supports a project with a time frame of 3 hours, including 1 virtual delivery.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Manage the project for a specific deliverable, ensuring its successful completion within the 3-hour timeframe.
• Tracking: Ensure the delivery meets strict targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the facilitator and other internal stakeholders to align on project goals and execute.
• Clear Communication: Clearly communicate next steps and individual responsibilities to the project team.
• Quality Control: Review final materials before delivery to ensure they meet exact project requirements, incorporate requested revisions, and follow the correct formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience working as a producer on corporate projects.
• Languages: Fluent in Japanese.
• Mindset: Detailed with a sharp focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a creative environment; able to dive into a project quickly and reliably meet exact deadlines.
• Teamwork: A creative team player who brings a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to the group.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Google Enterprise tools (Drive, Docs, Slides), Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus.
