About the Role

The Training & Development Manager leads a team focused on advancing technical skills and leadership capabilities within manufacturing operations. They develop training programs, implement leadership initiatives, and ensure workforce readiness to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain training specialists
• Create and validate technical and leadership curricula

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Expertise in training strategies within manufacturing
• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of modern learning technologies
