Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the training team on initial field and brand strategy training
- Leads the strategy, content creation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
- Develops workshops aligned with business objectives in partnership with sales and marketing
- Acts as an adult learning subject matter expert and shares best practices
- Facilitates new hire, management, and advanced skill training sessions
- Ensures training materials are current and compliant with internal review processes
- Captivates vendor partnerships for operational efficiencies
- Guides team on design and project priorities
- Cultivates vendor partnerships for operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years experience in life science/pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Preferred: Experience in Derm product line
- Preferred: Training and Learning & Development expertise, or Commercial Strategy knowledge
