We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven Training Manager to lead the coordination, delivery, and management of our training programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs that support the growth and development of our financial professionals.
• Ensure all training initiatives are organized, engaging, and executed efficiently.
• Maintain high participation and accountability across the firm.

Requirements

• Experience facilitating adult learning and group training.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable presenting to large groups and leading interactive training sessions.

Pay

$60,000 - $75,000, depending on the level of experience, plus competitive benefits.
