Training Manager

About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Manager to support food service operations at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. This strategic leadership role is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining training and development. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about employee development, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and enhancing the patient experience. This role will partner closely with operations leadership.

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 3 years
• Functional Experience: 3 years

Pay

$89,250 per year - $115,500 per year
