Training Manager

Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks a Technology Transfer Professional Development Lead to develop practical training for defense technology‑transfer professionals, scientists, engineers, leadership and partners. This position is contingent on government contract award and funding.

Responsibilities

• Develop T2 training briefs, facilitator materials and best‑practice toolkits.
• Lead workshops on Invention Evaluation Boards, IP portfolio management, Innovation Discovery Events, IP marketing/licensing and reverse pitches.
• Coordinate ORTA/legal workshops, collect feedback and improve training.
• Write stakeholder newsletters, annual‑report articles and technology‑transfer award materials.

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of recent DoW/DON technology‑transfer experience.
• Subject‑matter professional‑development training and technical‑writing experience.
• Ability to explain T2 procedures to technical and nontechnical audiences; direct ORTA and federal‑laboratory training experience is especially relevant.
