Training Manager, Americas (Bilingual Spanish Required)

About the role

As a Training Manager, you will drive adoption and excellence in customer experience and product knowledge across wholesale and retail channels in the Americas. Based in Miami, FL, or Mexico City, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Training Director, Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the retail landscape in collaboration with HQ and local teams to identify best practices that drive excellence in customer experience.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions (online and offline) for Boutique Managers, Account Executives, and Area Sales Managers within priority markets.
  • Partner with the Commercial Team to identify product knowledge needs and deliver appropriate training solutions across wholesale and retail channels.
  • Manage the E-learning platform KPIs, including communication to all channels per learner per POS, and provide technical support for all digital learning platform users.
  • Support the TAG Heuer Onboarding Program by partnering with Key Managers for enrollment to the digital platform and any additional training needs.
  • Coordinate venue and travel logistics for all in-person trainings in collaboration with LVMH Travel and the TAG Heuer Americas Finance Team.
  • Build, lead, and analyze operational training documents (registration, attendance, and surveys) for all virtual and in-person trainings.

Requirements

  • Retail expert with 5+ years of experience in retail and/or retail training, with luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with PowerBI.
  • Creative and skilled in training didactics, content design, and both offline and online delivery, with a strong understanding of mobile platform applications.
  • Natural public speaker with a passion for people and learning, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and strategic, with excellent planning and organizational skills, able to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (required); knowledge of Spanish fluency required.
  • Availability for 70% domestic and international travel.
