Training Lead-Truss

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Software Training team
• Oversee training calendar and schedule coordination
• Allocate resources based on customer and organizational needs
• Create and maintain instructor-led learning programs
• Plan and manage customer webinar initiatives
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Marketing for training alignment
• Ensure quality and consistency of all training materials
• Travel up to 30% as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in truss design industry
• PREFERABLY experienced with Alpine truss design software
• Proven track record in delivering software training
• Experience leading or mentoring trainers is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Quickly adaptable to new software and workflows
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
• Spanish language skills considered an asset
