Education

Bachelor's in Communications or Organizational Development

Experience

• 2-4 years of work experience as an Instructional Designer
• 5+ years experience preferred

Skills

• Familiarity with instructional design software: Articulate Rise, Storyline, PowerPoint
• Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Aerospace technical background a plus
• Human Factors Design a plus
• FAA-AMT or Pilot certificate a plus
