Training Host - Riverside and/or San Bernardino County

About the role

The starting salary for this position is $20.00/hour and is non-negotiable. This position supports Riverside and/or San Bernardino area training and is based in Riverside, CA. The candidate is expected to provide their own transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Support trainers and trainees in the training room and virtual classroom.
• Manage the training room environment, including setting up technology and ensuring it functions properly.
• Administer evaluations and assist with maintaining the integrity of evaluation data.
• Communicate with Training Coordinators, Training Operations Assistants, and County Partners.

Qualifications

• One-year of experience performing support services for an instructional program.
• Two years of college with 16-units in courses involving extensive use of materials, supplies, or equipment.
• A valid Driver’s license and daily access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to learn office technology systems and operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot office administration problems and respond to inquiries.
• Ability to plan and manage the virtual classroom environment.
