Training Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to deliver engaging virtual training programs for small business sales teams. This role is focused on developing both technical system knowledge and consultative sales skills, helping new sales professionals build the tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions for small business sales representatives.
• Deliver a structured training curriculum covering sales processes, systems, tools, and customer engagement best practices.
• Train participants on platforms such as Salesforce, billing and order management systems, buy-flow tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
• Coach learners on sales techniques, customer service, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain a high-energy, engaging virtual classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.
• Partner with other facilitators and training teams to ensure consistent delivery of training content.

Training Program

• Month 1: Participate in training sessions as a learner and observer.
• Month 2: Co-facilitate training alongside an experienced trainer.
• Month 3: Lead training sessions with support from another facilitator.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of training, facilitation, or instructional experience supporting sales teams.
• Experience delivering virtual training programs to adult learners.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with billing, order management, or customer account systems.
• Experience using e-commerce or buy-flow platforms and understanding customer purchasing workflows.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Previous experience supporting small business sales organizations.
• Familiarity with systems used for billing, customer communications, or sales operations.
