Training Facilitator
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding, training, and development of production employees.
- Ensure new hires are trained on safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Deliver both classroom and hands-on training sessions.
- Coach employees to enhance productivity, safety, and success.
- Facilitate workshops and group learning sessions.
- Provide training on equipment operation.
Essential Skills
- Experience in training and coaching within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Safety training and compliance knowledge.
- Ability to conduct classroom-style training sessions.
- Proficiency in delivering hands-on practical training.
- Strong classroom facilitation and communication skills.
- 4-7 years of experience in training employees.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in facilitating workshops and group learning sessions.
- Ability to teach employees with varying experience levels.
- Confidence in presenting to groups.
- Manufacturing or production experience.
Work Environment
This role operates within a manufacturing environment, requiring familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment. The Training Facilitator will engage in both classroom and hands-on training, promoting a culture of safety and quality. The position demands a proactive approach to coaching and development, ensuring all employees are equipped to work safely and effectively on the production floor.

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
