Key Responsibilities
- Manage training programs, qualification records, and compliance tracking through LMS platforms.
- Develop and maintain training materials, curricula, and employee qualification programs.
- Administer document control processes, including SOPs, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintain document accuracy, version control, and audit-ready records within document management systems.
- Cook up training updates related to process, procedure, and regulatory changes.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
- Analyze training and document control metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Pearl with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and HR to support workforce readiness and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in training, document control, compliance, or quality systems.
- 8-10+ years of experience working in a regulated industry such as chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or similar environments.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- With OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO, FDA, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, ASQ, ISO, or training-related certifications.
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
