Responsibilities
- Work to establish international / non-English speaking pipelines for the purpose of labor obtainment both domestically and internationally
- Work to establish relationships / partnerships with IGO and NGO organizations in an effort to boost international / non-English speaking employee obtainment
- Gain a full understanding of limitations and opportunities present within immigration legislation in order to evaluate workforce development opportunities
- Serve as a point of contact for current international / non-English speaking employees as well as subcontractors to maximize employee retention / employee relations efforts
- Provide office and field leadership with translation services when directly interacting with international / non-English speaking employees
- Provide onboarding training to international / non-English speaking employees
- Obtain workforce feedback, referrals, and ideas for process improvement from international / non-English speaking employees
- Produce and maintain log of prospects, partners, and other labor pipeline resources
- Submit pre-hire requirements for recommended hires to direct supervisor for review
- Cook up / Obtain / Secure pre-hire requirement solutions for approved hires as authorized
- Submit weekly log of work completed to direct supervisor
Requirements
- 1 + year of related experience required
- 1+ year of professional training experience required

- Ability to proficiently utilize the programs with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be a highly motivated, self-starter

Physical Requirements
- Ability to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required
- Ability to walk, step, climb, and otherwise move from one location on the job site to another
- Depending on equipment in use, the chosen candidate must be able to physically get into and get out of equipment through the use of vertical mounted ladders up to and including 10’ or more in height
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws, client requirements, and Company policies
- Ability to visually see worksite environment and observe equipment operations (either naturally or with corrective lenses)
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to complete repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and back in performance of work
- Ability to climb vertical ladders. Working at elevated heights
- Ability to lift up to and including fifty (50) lb. objects as required
- Ability to carry up to and including fifty (50) lb. objects as required
- Ability to adapt to outdoor conditions and prolonged exposure to the elements
- Ability to work outdoors in all-weather conditions
