Training & Development Coordinator

About the role

We're seeking motivated individuals with strong communication, customer service, training, mentoring, or leadership skills to join our team in the travel industry. You'll begin by learning the client side of the business, including assisting travelers with vacation planning, providing excellent customer service, developing destination and supplier knowledge, and learning the tools and systems used throughout the travel planning process.

As you gain experience and develop your knowledge of the business, you'll have the opportunity to use your leadership strengths to support, encourage, and mentor others as they learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with vacation planning
• Provide excellent customer service
• Develop destination and supplier knowledge
• Learn and utilize tools and systems for travel planning
• Support, encourage, and mentor others as they learn and grow

Requirements

• Enjoy working with and helping people
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring others
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Enjoy learning and developing new skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Interest in travel and creating positive customer experiences

Previous travel experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
