Training & Customer Experience Specialist

About the RoleWe’re hiring Training & Customer Experience Specialists who will become the frontline educators for our QuickBooks training company. You’ll teach our Live Classes, build Self-Paced Courses, and guide customers through Live 1-on-1 Help sessions. This is a people-first role. We don’t need you to come in knowing QuickBooks — we can teach you that. What we can’t teach is intelligence, drive, and genuine care for each customer’s success. If you’re someone who takes pride in helping others understand something new, this is the perfect fit. We’re hiring four strong communicators who enjoy teaching, explaining, or helping others understand new concepts. You do not need QuickBooks experience. We hire for intelligence, communication skill, and genuine customer care. What You’ll DoTeach live, instructor-led online QuickBooks classes (after training)Help translate live class material into self-paced modules by recording segments, clarifying explanations, and creating quizzes and tests.Provide one-on-one customer help sessions to ensure clients feel supported and confidentLearn our curriculum and tools deeply so you can guide students effectivelyCommunicate clearly, patiently, and professionally with customers at all skill levelsMaintain high standards of accuracy, empathy, and responsivenessCollaborate with our team to improve course materials, teaching methods, and student experiences What Matters MostQuickBooks experience is irrelevant.
