Training Content Developer/ Instructor – Technical Collection

About the Role

GRVTY is seeking a Training Content Developer/Instructor – Technical Collection to support course development and instruction on first-line network and target analysis.

Responsibilities

• Take into account a particular audience, arrange and tailor technical and other information and materials, then clearly communicate on the topic—both orally and in writing—to achieve required goals and outcomes.
• Solicit and receive course feedback from students and other stakeholders, and incorporate appropriate feedback into courses and presentations in a timely manner.
• Maintain expertise in Technical Collection (TC).
• Develop new TC courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.
• Use strong communication skills when collaborating with others in the development, presentation, and updating of TC teaching and course material.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom instruction, on-the-job (OJT) training).
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area) OR 6 or more years of TC experience (within the past 10 years) if no degree.
• 4 or more years of TC experience (within the past 10 years) for candidates with a qualifying degree; 6 or more years for those without.
• Completion of military training in a relevant area (e.g., Signals Collection or Analysis) can count toward experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph.

Pay

Maryland Pay Range: $150,000—$170,000 USD
