Training Content Developer/ Instructor - TechELINT

About the Role

GRVTY is seeking a Course Developer-Instructor for TechELINT to support the development and delivery of advanced technical training.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and receive course feedback from students and other stakeholders, and timely incorporate appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.
• Maintain expertise in TechELINT.
• Develop new TechELINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.
• Use strong communication skills when collaborating with others in the development and presentation of TechELINT teaching and course material.
• Update TechELINT teaching and course material as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area).
• 8 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years).
• If the candidate does not have a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major:
  • 10 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years); and
  • Prior successful completion of SIGE Course 3810 “Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis” or SIGE Course 4810 “Advanced Radar Theory” or a Published Technical Paper in a TechSIGINT related area.
• TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph.

Pay

Maryland Pay Range: $165,000—$185,000 USD
