About the role

As a Property Field Adjuster, you will own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution. This includes conducting on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage, developing estimates using Cotality, guiding policyholders through the claims process with clear communication, and partnering with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Participation in catastrophe duty as needed. CAT duty can be throughout the United States and can last up to 4 weeks.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least one or more years of property claims handling experience
  • Must have estimating platform experience (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.)
  • Experience with property inspections and damage assessment
  • Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs)

Location & Travel

Candidates must be located in or near Bloomington, IL area and must have flexibility to complete CAT deployment as needed.
