Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify documentation needs
  • Create and deliver client training content including workshops and materials
  • Review and update existing documentation for usability and consistency
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives
  • Maintain organized training records and documentation libraries
  • Auxiliary in process improvement for documentation and training effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance
  • Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 2 years in training, technical writing, or documentation development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
