Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify documentation needs
- Create and deliver client training content including workshops and materials
- Review and update existing documentation for usability and consistency
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives
- Maintain organized training records and documentation libraries
- Auxiliary in process improvement for documentation and training effectiveness
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years in training, technical writing, or documentation development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
