You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity. Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour (2-year Contract) Shift: 1st What’s a typical day as Training and Development Specialist? You’ll be: Assessing training needs and developing, delivering, and evaluating engaging learning programs and courses.Collaborating with functional leaders to align training strategies with business objectives.Analyzing HR data to identify trends, diagnose business issues, and contribute to HR insights.Designing high-quality learning resources using diverse delivery channels and methodologies.Engaging and advising learners, evaluating outcomes, and supporting their development.Organizing and preparing complex documents and summarizing data for reports.Resolving queries related to training processes and policies, referring complex issues as needed.Contributing to development centers, tailoring exercises, creating documentation, and training assessors.Participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining knowledge of industry best practices. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Bring 1 year to 3 years of hands-on experience as a training professional, working independently.Possess at least 4 to 6 months of experience coordinating the work of others.Demonstrate strong skills in data collection and analysis, learning and talent development, planning and organizing, and action planning.Are proficient with presentation skills, verbal and numerical communication, and policy and procedure interpretation.Have technical abilities in graphics, video creation and editing, word processing, web and presentation creation, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, document management, database queries, LMS/e-learning, and application server management.Are experienced with electronic mail, video conferencing, and maintaining technical systems.Stay current on technology trends, regulations, and best practices in learning and development.
