Responsibilities
- Leads the instruction and implementation of education, compliance, technology, and clinical training initiatives for BayCare Medical Group team members and physicians.
- Designs, develops, and delivers both standard and customized training programs and materials.
- Conducts need assessments and recommends training solutions.
- Provides on-the-job training in practice settings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 3 years' experience in Physician Practice or an associate degree and 1 year training support experience.
- Previous MA Instructor experience strongly preferred.
- Requires travel to various locations with minimal notice.
