Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative training strategies that equip employees with the tools needed to help individuals overcome employment barriers and achieve long-term stability
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs
• Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
• Develop compelling learning materials that drive performance
• Manage learning systems and track training outcomes
• Continuously refine training programs based on feedback and industry best practices

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
