About the role

This role oversees the operation of the Training and Compliance department within the First Aid and Safety Division at Cintas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned locations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees to minimize turnover.
  • Grow the Training and Compliance business, particularly through classroom training courses.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • A High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales management, new business-to-business account development, and industrial sales is preferred.
