Training and Compliance Manager
About the role
Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the operation of the Training and Compliance department, leading and developing a team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) in the First Aid and Safety Division. The focus is to grow the Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses, while recruiting, onboarding, and training team members to minimize turnover.
Responsibilities
The Training and Compliance Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training team members, as well as leading and developing the team to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales management experience
- New business-to-business account development experience
- Industrial sales experience
