Training and Compliance Manager

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the operation of the Training and Compliance department. This role leads and develops the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) in the First Aid and Safety Division. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover, with a focus on growing the Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Training and Compliance department operations.
• Lead and develop a team of Training and Compliance Instructors.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees while minimizing turnover.
• Grow the Training and Compliance business, with an emphasis on classroom training courses.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales management experience.
• New business-to-business account development experience.
• Industrial sales experience.
