About the role
Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor specializing in First Aid and Safety. This role involves facilitating training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics, selling and scheduling training, up-selling safety and first aid products, and collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics
- Sell and schedule training sessions
- Up-sell safety and first aid products to training customers
- Work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with safety products and requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating
- Business-to-Business, industrial, and/or outside sales experience

Pay
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $120,000 per year, consisting of base salary plus earned commissions. The range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
