About the role

Pioneering Evolution is seeking an experienced Training Analyst / Client Manager who will develop, update, and deliver all required training material in support of a customer software project.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and deliver all required training material in support of a customer software project
  • Analyze training requirements, trends, and program impacts
  • Coordinate and recommend optimal courses of action to meet program training objectives
  • Plan and coordinate deliverables with stakeholders
  • Develop and update software user manual, Quick Reference Guides, and other training materials to ensure required release updates are included, accurate, and current
  • Conduct routine User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new software features and/or technical upgrades/updates as required
  • Troubleshoot complex front-end software interdependencies from the user perspective
  • Provide one-on-one, side by side assistance to software users during scheduled user help sessions and on short notice of customer demand
  • Deliver group-paced instruction of training material in person or in a virtual setting
  • Develop and deliver all required training presentations to the client in accordance with established due dates
  • Support project meetings with stakeholders while performing as a technical consultant

Qualifications

  • Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • 5-10 years of experience in Curriculum Development
  • 5-10 years of experience as Training Instructor
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

Required Skills and Certifications

  • Advanced knowledge of curriculum development processes
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile software development processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct quality assurance testing to ensure all developed software functions properly and fulfill customer requirements and expectations
  • Strong capability to analyze training requirements, trends, and program impacts
  • Advanced ability to coordinate and recommend optimal courses of action to meet program training objectives, leveraging organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate deliverables with stakeholders using collaboration, interpersonal, and engagement skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Knowledge of Jira Software Management application
  • Understanding Planning, Budgeting, and Execution Process (PPBE)
  • Understanding Risk Management concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile Software development and ability to support Project Manager by leading Agile ceremonies
