Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analyses.
- Develop role-based learning strategies.
- Design training curricula and learning paths.
- Build training roadmaps aligned to project milestones.
- Create instructor-led and virtual training materials.
- Develop job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and eLearning content.
- Support learning management system administration and reporting.
- Maintain knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Teams.
- Measure training effectiveness.
- Develop reinforcement campaigns.
- Capture and coordinate office hours and coaching sessions.
- Track adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of training, learning, or organizational change experience.
- Experience developing enterprise training programs.
- Strong instructional design skills.
- Experience creating digital learning content.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
- Life Sciences experience preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint.
