Training & Adoption Manager- Pharma

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses.
• Develop role-based learning strategies.
• Design training curricula and learning paths.
• Build training roadmaps aligned to project milestones.
• Create instructor-led and virtual training materials.
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and eLearning content.
• Support learning management system administration and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Teams.
• Measure training effectiveness.
• Develop reinforcement campaigns.
• Capture and coordinate office hours and coaching sessions.
• Track adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of training, learning, or organizational change experience.
• Experience developing enterprise training programs.
• Strong instructional design skills.
• Experience creating digital learning content.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
• Life Sciences experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint.
