Responsibilities
- Create and design clinical and non-clinical training programs
- Collaborate with departments and subject matter experts for standardized training materials
- Utilize adaptive teaching techniques for diverse learning needs
- Train staff on new workflows, processes, and systems
- Implement cost-effective protocols for quality patient care
- Facilitate the development of training initiatives across multiple PACE locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or equivalent experience required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years training experience in program development, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in soft/hard skills training essential
- Desirable experience in interdisciplinary team environments
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
