About the role
Responsible for developing and delivering technical education programs in low voltage and controls systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training curricula for low voltage and controls systems.
- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies into training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in low voltage and controls systems.
- Experience in educational/training environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical theory and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Basic knowledge of automation systems.
