Trainer for Women Leadership Program (English/Spanish/French Languages)

Role Overview

Accord Worldwide, Inc. seeks dynamic and experienced Lead Trainer and Language-Specific Trainers to deliver our “Women’s Leadership Programme.” Candidates should have a proven ability to facilitate blended learning experiences and a passion for advancing women’s leadership in the humanitarian and development sectors.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in blended learning services, with a focus on adult education.
• Strong background in humanitarian operations and/or leadership development.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, or French, depending on the specific trainer role applied for.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions as part of the “Women’s Leadership Programme.”
• Adapt delivery methods and materials as needed to meet the needs of participants and ensure learning objectives are met.
• Adhere to the standards of training followed by Accordemy®
• Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
