Trainer / Dining Room Server

About the role

Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Dining Room Server / Trainer position. In this role, you will be responsible for following established meal service standards and workflows, while creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and their guests, communicate menu items, and facilitate food and drink orders using iPads (POS)
• Clear tables, booths, and chairs, quickly working to turn tables for additional reservations
• Run food, coordinate the delivery of condiments and other service items
• Train new team members and support cross training of existing servers

Requirements

• Entry level position with on-the-job training
• 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting (preferred)
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed
