About the Role
The Arbor Company is looking for friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers to join our senior living community. You’ll provide restaurant-style service to our residents while helping make mealtime one of the best parts of their day. No late nights!
Available Schedules
- Full-Time: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Full-Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Part-Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, restaurant-style meal service
- Greet residents with a smile and get to know their preferences
- Take and deliver meal and beverage requests
- Assist residents with special dining requests
- Set, clear, and reset tables
- Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting
- Work alongside a supportive dining team to provide excellent service
Qualifications
- Have a friendly, positive, and welcoming personality
- Enjoy helping and interacting with others
- Are dependable and work well as part of a team
- Provide courteous and respectful service
- Are willing to learn — restaurant or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
- Can successfully complete a Level 2 background check
