Trainer

The role

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Present training to associates and effectively communicate with all Associates.
• Evaluate Associate’s performance on ramp up form and create steps for success.
• Assist with creating work reference guide.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Certify Associates for MHE.
• Update on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs.
• Conduct BBS observations.
• Participate in Safety Committee.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and/or experience:

• Minimum of one year warehouse experience, MHE experience with sit down forklift, electric pallet jack, stand up reach, and slip.
• MHE experience with sit down forklift and pallet jack (preferred).
• MHE experience with stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip (preferred).
• Scrubber experience (preferred).
• A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay and schedule

Pay: $20.75 + $1.00 Shift Differential
Shift: Second (2nd) shift, Trainer
Hours: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
Days: Monday - Friday
