Trainer- 2nd Shift- Tecumseh Peterson Farm (Smart Chicken)

About the role

Responsibilities include conducting safety and forklift training, continually improving classroom orientation programs, and ensuring all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted to their file. Additional duties involve annual training for plant employees, on-the-job training, assessing the need for interpreters in various departments, coordinating interpreter assistance, assisting in acclimating new Team Members within the facility, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred
• Previous training or production experience preferred
• Standard computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Comfortable presenting material to large groups
• Strong organizational skills
• High school graduate or equivalent required
