Trainee Sales Executive XPENG

Location: Swindon (Fish Brothers XPENG).

About the role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will receive full training in the vehicle sales process—from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. You’ll learn how to confidently guide customers through their purchase journey while delivering a first-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and trust
• Manage enquiries from multiple channels (phone, online, walk-ins)
• Work towards monthly sales and product targets (vehicles, finance, add-ons)
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and GDPR guidelines
• Work proactively to generate new leads and follow up on existing ones

Requirements

• Confident communicators with a passion for sales and customer service
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Professional, personable, and resilient
• Experienced in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or estate agency
• Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 7 points

Pay

Starting salary £27,429.00, with uncapped commission once trained and fully established in the role.

Schedule

Average 41.5 hours per week: Monday–Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am–5:00 pm (with a weekday off in lieu).
