Responsibilities
- Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets)
- Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations
- Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions
- Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas
- Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes
- Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting
- Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise
Requirements
- Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
- Experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice) (essential)
- Looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (essential)
- Motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning (essential)
- Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail (essential)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment (essential)
Qualifications
- Desirable: Cashflow modelling experience
- Ambition to progress towards Chartered status (desirable)
