About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets)
  • Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations
  • Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions
  • Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas
  • Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities
  • Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting
  • Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise

Requirements

  • Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
  • Experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice) (essential)
  • Looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (essential)
  • Motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning (essential)
  • Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail (essential)
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment (essential)

Qualifications

  • Desirable: Cashflow modelling experience
  • Ambition to progress towards Chartered status (desirable)
