About the Role

At Wulguru, our educators are mentors, guides, and trusted friends who create a nurturing space for children to explore, learn, and feel truly understood. We work together to support each child’s whole development, partnering with families to build strong, positive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood.
  • Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can form friendships and develop positive social skills.
  • Collaborate with families, sharing insights and working together to support whole-child development.
  • Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming, inclusive environment.
  • Use your keen observation skills to meet each child’s unique needs and interests.
  • Engage in professional development, keeping your skills sharp and aligned with best practices.

Requirements

  • A willingness to study in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or already qualified.
  • A valid Blue Card.
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or a willingness to obtain).
  • A working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.
  • A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 6:30pm
