This is a performance-driven sales role best suited for competitive, entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Build and grow your own book of business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting - Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients - Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions - Deliver exceptional customer service - Consistently achieve sales and performance goals

Requirements

- Recent college graduates encouraged to apply - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Competitive, goal-oriented mindset - Self-motivated and coachable - Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships - Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license

Pay

- $40,000 base salary - Uncapped commission opportunities On-Target Earnings: - Year 1: $50,000�$70,000 - Year 2: $80,000�$90,000 - Year 3: $110,000�$130,000+
