Trained Medication Assistant / TMA / CMA
About the Role
Harmony River is seeking full-time and part-time Trained Medication Assistants (TMAs) to join our team. This role requires Trained Medication Assistant certification completed in Minnesota. Please note this is not a Medical Assistant role.
The warm and inviting community of Harmony River is located in western Minnesota and offers the following care options: Assisted Living with Memory Care, Care Center/Long Term Care, Long Term Care with Memory Care, and Transitional Care/Rehab.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse.
- Perform Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.
- Provide high-quality care and services to Care Center residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program and current certification in medication administration in Minnesota.
- Successful completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and current certification in Minnesota.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Pay
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $23.61 - $27.09 per hour. Actual pay depends on individual qualifications and market conditions.
