Competitive Wages And Benefits Family friendly Health benefitsPaid vacationPaid holidaysEmployee meat purchase program Responsibilities Responsibilities for the Trailer Yards Accountability Specialist position include but are not limited to Document reefer trailer information, to include starting unit and documenting all required informationWork with internal departments, drivers, and outside carriersCommunicate regularly with plant departments and department managerComplete required reports in an accurate, timely mannerCheck all load related information to ensure that it is complete and accurateContribute to a team effortRecord observations, occurrences, and unusual activitiesDocument incidents of irregularityOperation of a motor vehicleOther duties as assigned This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position. Working Environment Work is performed in an external environment with exposure to inclement/extreme weather and varying temperatures (wind, rain, ice, and snow). May walk up to 12 miles a day. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Trailer Yards Accountability Specialist Position should have the following Valid Driver's LicenseStrong, Ethical CharacterDependableAbility to be objectiveAbility to demonstrate professionalismGood people/conflict resolution skillsMicrosoft Outlook proficientGood time management skills, ability to prioritize tasksExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAble and willing to stand or walk for long periods of timeAble and willing to work outside in ALL weather conditionsMust be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend EnglishExemplary performance and attendance record at previous employmentMust be available to work any shift including weekends and holidaysPrevious trailer accountability specialist experience preferred but not required2 years stable work historyMust be able to pass a Criminal Background Check Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
